Hello Summer small update I have had Endometriosis for many many years and have suffered from sever symptoms from my cycle, since beginning your program only 3 months ago my cycles have been shorter with little to no symptoms. I have never found success in any other over the counter or prescribed remedy from physicians. Thank you for your constant support in this journey. This is the most healthy I have been in the past 2-4 years. Thank you!!

The best decision I've made all year was finding you on Instagram, and taking the chance of utilizing a personal trainer to get my body to where I wanted it to be. Your workout plans have not only transformed my body and assisted me in losing 22 pounds over the course of five months but I've also been able to develop a healthier and just overall better relationship with food and care more about what I put into my body.

Hi love! My name is Summer, I was born and raised in NY with 9 siblings and moved to Houston, TX after receiving a calling in 2020 (2 years after receiving a degree in psychology).
I currently work in the mental health field as a behavioral health case manager and started my fitness journey in middle school when I began running track, which I continued all the way through college as a D1 athlete.
Along my journey, after struggling with inadequate results I learned that the mind and body are not separate and in order to achieve my goals I had to nurture both as a whole. I’m so so happy you're ready to take this journey with me and I can't wait to help you achieve all your fitness goals with everything I have learned and implemented on mine!
